Year of Completion: 2004.

Mills Whitaker Architects was retained by the Metropolitan District Commission to develop preservation plans for five historic sites on the Charles River. The sites included the Curtis Memorial, the Lotta Fountain and three historic river landings. The work involved examination of historic documents, review of original construction drawings, observation of existing conditions and recommendation of optimal preservation strategies.
