Year of Completion: Upper Floors Completed in 1996;  Lower Floors Pending

Phase One of implementing the Master Plan for Park Street Church in Boston involved a complete renovation of the upper three floors of Two Park Street. This building is an 1887 brownstone in the Historic Beacon Hill District. The project included the following components:

3. •    Renovation of Interior Finishes.
   

4. •    Approvals from Local Historic District Commission.
   

5. •    Upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical Systems.
   

6. •    Upgrade to Original Cage Elevator.
   

7. •    Window Restoration and Replacement.
   

8. •    Exterior Repairs, Painting and Repointing.
